Naser Khan
Clinical Psychologist | Psychotherapist
My work as a therapist is shaped by a steady, reflective interest in how people make sense of their experiences and how emotional patterns form, break, and evolve. In practice, I use an integrative approach that allows me to meet each person where they are and tailor therapy to their specific needs and challenges.
For individuals dealing with personality difficulties, long-term emotional patterns, or complex trauma, I work from a Psychodynamic perspective—helping them understand the deeper roots of their struggles and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.
For concerns such as obsessions, anxiety, and depression, I incorporate DBT, ACT, and CBT in an eclectic and flexible manner to build skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and support meaningful change. I also use Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) for clients navigating relationship challenges, role transitions, and grief.
I have worked in clinical and humanitarian mental health settings, providing psychological assessments, counseling, and support to individuals from diverse backgrounds. My experience in research environments adds depth to my understanding of how context, behavior, and emotional processes interact in everyday life.
My aim is to create a calm, respectful, and collaborative space where people can gain clarity, understand their patterns, and find practical ways to move toward healthier living.
