My interest in observing and understanding nature drew me to the field of psychology. I have been working as a psychologist since 2015 in diverse professional roles.
From my training at the University of Peshawar, to serving as a Clinical Psychologist at Lady Reading Hospital within a multidisciplinary team, and working as a Psychotherapist at the Center for Psychotherapy and Psychiatry under supervision, I have had the opportunity to learn from experienced mental health professionals serving our region.
As a psychotherapist, my approach involves developing a collaborative and individualized treatment plan with each client, addressing their priority needs, values, and the challenges they face. This process supports deeper understanding and healthier experiences across different areas of life.
I integrate techniques from multiple theoretical orientations, including Humanistic, Existential, Mindfulness-based, Insight-oriented, and Behavioral Psychology, to provide flexible and person-centered care.
