Initial Assessment
Physiotherapy begins with a comprehensive assessment to understand your physical concerns, movement patterns, pain levels, medical history, and lifestyle factors. This helps us identify the root cause of discomfort and establish a clear foundation for personalised care.
Goal Setting
Based on the assessment, the physiotherapist works collaboratively with you to set realistic, functional, and measurable goals. These goals guide the treatment plan and focus on improving mobility, reducing pain, and supporting long-term physical wellbeing.
Movement Analysis & Insight
Through guided observation and clinical expertise, the physiotherapist helps you gain insight into posture, movement habits, and physical strain. Understanding how your body moves allows for targeted interventions and safer, more effective recovery.
Personalised Treatment & Skill Building
Treatment may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, posture correction, stretching, and pain management techniques. You are also guided in learning movement strategies and exercises that can be safely practiced at home to support recovery.
